Falcon Lodge is a luxury residence located in the heart of Méribel, only 200m from the ski slopes, and offers groups a perfect blend of private accommodation, high-end facilities and hotel services. With a collection of apartments, penthouses and chalets, it's an ideal base for both friend groups and luxury family ski holidays in Méribel. The Falcon Lodge F12 is a duplex chalet apartment, covering 120m² and provides perfect accommodation for 4–8 guests across three bedrooms.
Upon entering Falcon Lodge F12 guests are welcomed into a modern and chic alpine-style living space. The open-plan layout creates a comfortable relaxation space for your whole group, with a sofa lounge area centred around the fireplace and an adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cosy evenings in, creating warming home cooked meals and just making the most of quality time together. Located on the ground floor, this duplex chalet apartment also benefits from a large furnished terrace and garden space, just perfect for the spring months.
Falcon Lodge F12 also has the added luxury of a private sauna, allowing you to ease any aches and strains after a long ski day without even having to leave your apartment.
Falcon Lodge F12 has been thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect space for a family group, with two double bedrooms and a quad bunk bedroom. The two double bedrooms sit to the front of the property, benefiting from access to the terrace and each with an en-suite shower room. The remaining bedroom is a quad bunk room for the kids and has its own en-suite bathroom. Each room continues to display a homely and stylish alpine feel creating a calming space for a good night's sleep.
For convenience there are private laundry facilities within Falcon Lodge F12 and there is an allocated parking space in the underground garage.
Guests can also benefit from various shared wellness facilities at the Falcon Lodge Residence, which include an indoor swimming pool, as well as a wellness area with a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment rooms. Within the residence, you will also find a well-stocked ski shop and equipment rental store, so you can easily sort any gear needed for your trip. During the stay, all equipment can be stored in the ski lockers with boot warmers.
For larger groups, Falcon Lodge F12 can be combined with Falcon Lodge F21 to form Falcon Lodge F, which can sleep up to 20 guests.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests on a bed & breakfast basis to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and use of the shared facilities, spa and in-resort shuttle service.
The apartment is also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning and in-resort shuttle service.

Falcon Lodge Residence is found in the attractive residential area of Méribel centre known as Morel, giving convenient access to both the village and slopes.
Just 200m away from the property is the Morel chairlift, giving access to the Altiport area of beginner slopes or 'Forêt' green slope which brings you to the Rond Point and beyond to La Chaudanne. Alternatively, with use of the driver shuttle service you can reach La Chaudanne in 5 minutes, where you will find the main lift hub (Rhodos & Saulire) and ski school meeting points. At the end of your ski day, you can return to the Morel area on the blue 'Hulotte' piste.
The walk into the centre of Méribel (500m away) takes just 10 minutes downhill, and offers plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. There is also a regular bus that circulates the village and passes the property heading to the Rond Point.

From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for comfort. The team will even be round for some mid-week housekeeping, a nice refresh to the property halfway through your holiday.
On both self catered and bed & breakfast services, an on request, in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating from 8:30am-6pm ensures you will be able to make the first and last lifts of the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
