The Property

Chalet Kapa in Morzine is a stylish modern alpine chalet that accommodates between 8 to 12 guests over four main bedrooms and a bunk room. Sitting in a wonderful location close to the lifts and centre of Morzine, with the perfect mixture of rustic alpine interiors and modern luxuries, it's a wonderful option for families and friends.

Chalet Kapa has an open-plan living area with large windows either end of the chalet, leaving the space filled with light. At one end, a cosy lounge area with inviting corner sofa makes excellent use of the space, sitting before an impressive large-screen TV and warming central fireplace. To the other end, you'll find a dining area with bespoke wooden table and plenty of seating for all adult guests. The sleek and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you or a private chef may need to create a delicious meal. Watch on from the breakfast bar to get those taste buds tingling! At one end of the property there are sliding doors that lead onto a large balcony that take in the fantastic views over the village.

Alternatively, the doors at the rear of Chalet Kapa lead to the private decking area, home to the chalet's hot tub. The spacious terrace offers privacy and seclusion, backing onto the snowy mountain forest, making for a delightful spot to slip into the hot tub and help you unwind. As an additional luxury, the chalet has its own sauna, which can be found on the ground floor.

Chalet Kapa can welcome groups of up to 8 adults and 4 children, accommodated across four main bedrooms, one of which features an adjoining children's bunk room. Chalet Kapa's master suite sits on the top floor of the chalet; it has a large double bed, dressing room and a private balcony. All the other bedrooms are spacious with en-suite shower rooms. One of the double bedrooms would be ideally suited for a family, as this bedroom has a door that leads onto the bunk room, which sleeps up to 4 guests. This room would be perfect for a group of kids, as there is a balcony door that leads onto a sunken patio, the ideal place for kids to play in the snow in complete safety.

The ground floor of this chalet is also home to the ski boot room, garage and laundry facilities. The garage has one parking space, with two more available outside.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis.

The chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast and daily cleaning.
