The Property
This stunning 5 bedroom chalet is finished to a high standard for guests that enjoy a bit of luxury. Sleeping up to 10 guests across 200m² and 3 floors, Chalet Astilla is ideal for a large family or group of friends.
On the ground floor, you will find the main living space, where there is a spacious lounge with a double height vaulted ceiling and a feature three sided fireplace. This is perfect for those lazy evenings in the chalet after a long day skiing. From here, step out the double french doors onto the large balcony which has spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Also on this floor is the open plan kitchen and dining area, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy a homely meal. There is a breakfast bar with seats for three, and a dining table which can comfortably seat 10-12 guests.
Heading upstairs is the TV room which overlooks the lounge and has views over St Martin and the mountains. Here there is a sofa bed, armchairs, beanbags, a smart TV and DVD player. This space is a great place for those wanting to escape and watch a film.
The lower floor in the chalet is where the bedrooms and large sun terrace are located. When stepping outside, you will be greeted with breathtaking views over the village and surrounding peaks. What better way to spend your evenings than by enjoying this view in the 7 seater hot tub with a glass of bubbly in your hand!?
Also on the lower ground floor are the bedrooms. In total, Chalet Astilla has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is slightly different, with 2 being fixed doubles and 2 which can be arranged as doubles or twins. Each of these bedrooms have an en-suite, 2 bedrooms have a shower room and 2 bedrooms have a bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a cosy old-wood bunk room with two single bunks, separate WC and wash-basin.
For added convenience the chalet comes with ski storage and boot warmers, a covered car parking space and laundry facilities.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis with end of stay cleaning and concierge.
Location
Chalet Astilla is located on a quiet residential street within St Martin de Belleville and is less than 350m from the drag lift and closest ski slopes in the resort. Here you can enjoy quiet surroundings and breathtaking mountain views whilst the centre of the village including all restaurants, bars and shops are just a short stroll away.
