The Property

Chalet Constantia is a luxury chalet in St Martin de Belleville for 12 to 16 guests, sleeping in 6 double bedrooms and a dormitory. A traditional stand-alone chalet with a modern, fresh interior, this chalet spread over three floors boasts spacious living areas and impressive, uninterrupted views across the valley.

The top floor of Chalet Constantia houses the expansive open-plan living and dining area, covering over 110m² of space. Vaulted ceilings and wooden beams bring alpine charm to the room, while sumptuous, modern sofas and stylish furnishings bring a touch of luxury. A glass-fronted fireplace, open on all sides, sits at the heart of the room providing a basking warmth to all corners of the room. The dining area features a wooden in-laid dining table fit for up to 16 guests. A bright and fully-equipped kitchen can also be found in this living space, along with a breakfast bar and a well-stocked bar area, specialising in artisan gins but with something for everybody no matter their taste. One wall of this top floor is dominated by windows which open out onto a wide balcony and offer up incredible views down the Belleville valley towards the Le Cochet mountain.

Outside on Chalet Constantia's ground floor terrace, guests will have the delight of relaxing in an outdoor hot tub. Spectacular views and soothing bubbles go hand in hand in this private and pleasing hot tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day of skiing in the world's biggest ski area. Alternatively, or additionally, the outdoor sauna provides a further spot to continue your relaxation.

For guests interested in in-chalet entertainment, there is a cosy TV snug on the ground floor with large, comfortable sofas and a big screen to watch a film or box set on. Alternatively, head to the dormitory bedroom next door which doubles as a games room, with table football and a selection of board games for hours of lively competition.

Chalet Constantia can sleep 12 adults and 4 children in total, with 6 double bedrooms, two of which can be taken as twin rooms, and one dormitory bunk bedroom with table football. Beautifully furnished from local suppliers and each with their own distinct style, the warm and inviting bedroom suites provide the perfect place to lay your head after an intense day of exploring the mountains. Each of the double bedrooms comes with an en-suite bath or shower room, and the master bedroom has the added perk of a private balcony for enjoying the splendid mountain views. It also shares a second balcony with the adjacent double bedroom. The bunk bedroom can also be used to access the outdoor hot tub.

Chalet Constantia features an internal lift between all floors, allowing you to give your tired legs a rest after a busy day of skiing. There is also a garage with a ski room with racks for skis and heated boot warmers to dry your boots.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 adults and 4 children to include full gourmet catering, complimentary bar and in-resort chauffeur service.

The chalet is also available on a self-catered basis. There is an upgrade option on this package to still include daily housekeeping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as an in resort driver service from 8,30am - 10.30am and 15.00pm - 18.00pm for £1,500 GBP per week. Please enquire.
