The Property
A very popular chalet for many years, and it's easy to see why. Located in the very centre of Val d'Isere, Chalet Bel Sol is a converted farmhouse that combines classic French mountain chalet style with some beautiful luxury touches. The chalets spreads out over the upper two floors of the building, giving an elevated position with far reaching views.
The chalet is entered on the lower floor. Heading up to the top level of the property, you'll discover the main living space of Chalet Bel Sol. Two separate sofa areas ensure everyone has plenty of room to spread out after a long day on the mountain. Personal touches from the owner throughout this chalet provide a real home-from-home feel, whilst the finishes and fittings ensure you have all the practicality you need. A central fireplace, creates a welcoming and cosy ambience for you to relax and enjoy.
Adjacent to the lounge area, you'll find a large, wooden dining table with enough room for 8 of you to gather and enjoy a hearty breakfast or evening meal in front of the first set of balcony doors. These open to provide you a glittering view of the resort ice rink below. On the other side of the living area, the second set of doors lead to the second balcony, where you will be delighted with the expansive views of the famous Face de Bellevarde piste.
On this level, you'll also find the first of the four, well appointed bedrooms. This Master Bedroom comes complete with en-suite bathroom and personal balcony. Downstairs, on the entrance level of Chalet Bel Sol, you'll find the other three bedrooms. A twin room with balcony and en-suite with a bath, a double with en-suite shower and a small child's bunk room that sleeps 2. A separate WC on this level is also a handy addition for all the guests.
Prices are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering, selected drinks, and a complimentary return coach transfer from Geneva Airport (set times apply).
Guests staying in the bunk bedroom are charged at half the per person rate. Child and smaller group discounts will also apply.
Location
Chalet Bel Sol really couldn't be better positioned, as the property sits right in the heart of Val d'Isere, allowing everything you may need during your stay to be just a stone's throw away!
A 2-minute walk will take you to the main high street with its shops, bars, and restaurants. A two, 2-minute walk in the other direction will take you to the snow front, ski school meeting point and the main Solaise and Olympique gondolas. Sitting directly next to the resort's ice rink, families will find this a convenient spot not just for accessing the skiing but all that the kids may want to do too.

Please note, the children staying in the bunk bedroom will need to use one of the en-suites in the other bedrooms. There is a separate WC on this level.
