When taken on a bed and breakfast basis, the chalet comes with a dedicated chalet manager/host who will ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. They will provide a daily housekeeping service and will also prepare a morning breakfast spread and afternoon tea after you get back from your day on the pistes. This leaves you the flexibility to enjoy your evenings as you please, whether dining out in a locally recommended restaurant or selecting a meal from the chalet's delivery menu prepared by their team of chefs in resort.
You can also opt to take the chalet on a catered basis, where the chalet manager/host will be joined by your own private chef for the week. The chef will ensure the preparation of 7 generous breakfasts. Porridge, scrambled eggs or pancakes, whatever you desire to provide the energy for the slopes that day. In the evenings, guests will be invited to enjoy 5 apéritifs with cocktails or champagne and 5 refined dinners, prepared according to their preferences, always favouring high quality and seasonal products. Guests’ taste buds will be tantalised with flavours from mountain favourites, such as roasted shoulder of lamb with herbs, celeriac soup with foie gras and truffle oil, or chocolate boletus refreshed with pear. Talk through your dietary requirements and preferences with their team prior to your arrival, to ensure a personalised menu for your group. For fully catered stays you will also receive an in-resort driver's service (8.30am-12pm and 2pm-5.30pm).
