The Property
Chalet Sequoia can sleep between 8 and 11 guests over its five bedrooms. The design of the property is spread over four floors, each offering that bit of luxury one would expect on a luxury ski holiday in Val d'Isère. You enter the chalet via the lower ground floor where you have your own private cinema room, an office and a laundry room. From the hotel you don't even have to step foot outside to enter the chalet.
On the second and top floor of Chalet Sequioa is the open plan living and dining area. The space is focused around the fireplace which provides a warm homely feel to the property. The plush sofas are perfect for just sitting back and relaxing after a long day skiing in the Espace Killy ski area. Guests can look forward to their own private chef cooking breakfast and dinner for them in the comfort of the chalet. Access to a terrace on this floor provides an excellent spot to sip on a refreshing cocktail or two on warm weather days on your return from skiing.
The wellness facilities of Chalet Sequoia are located on the ground floor. The indoor swimming pool has a counter current feature for a good workout, allowing you to swim for hours without ever reaching the other side. There is a steam room and a sauna to choose between for rejuvenating sessions to ease the pain of tired legs. You will also find a massage room here should you wish for a bit of extra pampering.
Head to the very bottom of the chalet to discover the cinema room. A space that wouldn't look out of place in a Wes Anderson film, this room provides comfortable sofas and a giant screen for an evening of entertainment.
On the ground floor of the chalet there is a bedroom which is fully en-suite with a large bathtub and double sink. The first floor of Chalet Sequoia is the where the other 4 bedrooms are found. Each varying in size, the master suite is 28m² and has a sitting area to go along with the large en-suite bathroom. There are two further double/twin rooms on this floor which also are en-suite with baths. The children's rooms is on the first floor too. There is a Jack and Jill bed (toe to toe) and a separate raised single bed complete with en-suite bathroom.
Chalet Sequoia has an internal lift with access to all floors. There is a private ski room for storage of your equipment and also parking and laundry facilities available for your convenience.
Being part of the La Mourra hamlet, guests benefit from having access to the facilities and services of La Mourra Hotel Village as well as the Hotel spa.
For larger groups, there are 8 additional suites in the hotel, or you could choose to book another of the 5 private chalets here; Chalet Chene, Chalet Ebene, Chalet Ambre and Chalet La Grange. Each chalet benefits from its own private spa facilities and the chalets are all connected underground to the hotel for ease of getting from one to another.
Prices are for exclusive use of the chalet for up to 11 guests on a fully catered basis to include in-resort shuttle service and selected complimentary drinks. No travel included.
Location
Chalet Sequoia is part of La Mourra Hotel Village, located in the Old Town of Val d'Isère on the Avenue du Prariond, just a few minutes walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants.
The chalet sits just a 250m from the snow front where you will find the main ski lifts, Solaise and Bellevarde and the ski school meeting point. The walk to the lifts is around an 8-10 minute walk away, but you can also use the driver shuttle service which can shorten this to under 2 minutes!

A butler is on hand to deliver your breakfast service in the chalet every day from around 7:30am to 11am. This butler then returns with a chef, specialising in French cooking, who will deliver your in-chalet meal service from approximately 6pm to 11pm. Starters, mains and desserts will be ordered off a chosen menu, 24 hours in advance, in order to provide the freshest ingredients for your delicious evening meals. The team are attentive to each guest, adapting to any dietary requirements. A room service menu is also available 24/7.

They offer a large menu of treatments by Susanne Kaufmann and also offer a made to measure service to match any personal request, ski types or desires. Their physiotherapists also offer a menu including sports massages.
Le Bar & Le Restaurant
Offering a relaxed atmosphere with dimmed lighting, Scottish tartan carpets and velvet armchairs, there is a muted ambience to enjoy here. Relax in a deep sofa in the bar area or head to the restaurant for dinner where you can delight in Japanese fusion. Tables book up and so be sure to book your spot with the concierge.

La Mourra offers their esteemed guest a driver service within Val d'Isère. The shuttle is available from 7.30am - 11.30pm and can take you anywhere in the village.
