The Property

Le Parc Beaumont in Val d'Isère is a chic, spacious luxury apartment found in an incredible central location in the heart of the village. The apartment welcomes up to 10 guests across its five double bedrooms, enjoying luxury private living areas and the shared facilities of the Le Parc 1963 residence.

Located on the first floor of the residence building, and covering a generous 230m² of interior space, Le Parc Beaumont makes for a perfect base for your next luxury ski holiday to Val d'Isère. Sleek wood interiors provide a modern alpine feel to the property, with designer luxury furnishings providing a touch of glamour. The main living space is of an open-plan design, featuring a stylish lounge and fully-equipped kitchen. These are separated by a sizeable dining table, with a comforting fireplace set into the centre of one wall. The lounge sits before the main balcony of the property, which overlooks Val d'Isère's main high street and towards the Bellevarde mountain beyond.

The five bedrooms of Le Parc Beaumont can welcome up to 10 guests overall. Four of these room can be taken as double or twin rooms, with a bunk room for two rounding off the facilities. The bedrooms have an understated elegance, utilising refined wood interiors with plush beds. Each one offers plenty of space, accompanied by en-suite facilities with a mix of walk-in showers and freestanding bathtubs. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the high street, while three other bedrooms share a balcony at the other end of the apartment, with imposing mountains looming over you from the other side of the valley.

Guests staying at Le Parc Beaumont will also have use of the shared facilities of the residence building. This includes the 38m² fitness centre, allowing you to keep in your best shape after skiing for a return to the slopes the next day.

The Le Parc 1963 residence also has its own reception, a large ski room with boot warmers, and a covered parking space for the property. The apartment's floor can be accessed via elevator.

For larger groups wishing to be close together, Le Parc Solène is also available in the residence, sleeping up to 8 guests.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily breakfast, afternoon tea and housekeeping on 5 days, and a shared in-resort driver service.

Please Note: Le Parc Beaumont is still under construction, due to be completed November 2025, and as such the image gallery consists of CGI renders only. The image gallery will be updated on completion of a photoshoot being taken.

Location

Le Parc Beaumont is a luxury apartment in Val d'Isère within the Le Parc 1963 residence. Le Parc 1963 occupies an unbeatable central location right in the very heart of this world-renowned ski resort.

From the residence building, you are only a short distance away from Val d'Isère's main snow front. 2-minutes by car or a 5-minute walk through the Old Town will bring you to the foot of the slopes, where the main lifts of the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable car will deliver you into the ski area. The snow front also features a free beginner's chairlift, the main ski school meeting points, and many slopeside bars and cafés.

Situated in the very heart of the resort, you have an incredible selection of delightful restaurants, lively bars, local shops, and luxury boutiques all on your doorstep.

Offered on a bed and breakfast basis, this property comes with a dedicated breakfast chef/chalet host, who will be on hand to prepare breakfast, set out afternoon tea, and do the housekeeping, all of which will be conducted on 5 days of your stay. With a team on hand before you arrive, they can provide you local advice and guidance to help you make all the necessary arrangements you need for your trip. And as expected, guests will find all of the essentials required for a luxury holiday upon arrival at the property, including bed linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Beds are also made prior to arrival and an end of stay clean is conducted on departure.

The apartment also offers the services of an in-resort driver, operating between the hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm. This shared driver service will take you to the slopes after breakfast, take you back to the property at the end of your ski day, or simply allow you to explore Val d'Isère throughout the day.

Additional services are also able to be organised by this operator, to tailor make the holiday that you and your group desire. You can enhance your stay with a range of premium upgrade options, including the services of a private chef or indulgent evenings of Champagne and canapés.
