The Property

Le Parc Marceau in Val d'Isère is a contemporary, five-bedroom ski apartment situated within the Le Parc 1963 residence. Spanning 230m², the property accommodates for 8-10 guests in a prestigious central location. Perfect for families and friends, guests staying at Le Parc Marceau have use of private and shared wellness facilities, for a truly relaxing ski holiday in Val d'Isère.

You are welcomed by a large open-plan living space connecting the kitchen, dining and lounge areas together. The property makes use of a contemporary monochrome palette, allowing the modern-luxe furnishings to radiate in the natural light and add a sense of warmth to the space. A central fireplace keeps the entire space heated to ensure guests are toasty throughout the entirety of their stay. Following a tough day on the slopes, a comfy sofa to kick up your feet is a must. Choose to recline overlooking views south over the Bellevarde Massif or have a chat with the group's appointed chef in the kitchen. The large south-facing windows will be sure to flood the space with natural light throughout the day, and also lead out onto a terrace accessible from the living area with impeccable views of the French Alps.

After an action packed day on the slopes, Le Parc Marceau's private sauna allows for the perfect relaxation and recovery session. Retire to the sauna's soothing warmth, to fully unwind, leaving guests feeling invigorated and ready for whatever the mountain has in store on forthcoming days.

Le Parc Marceau can host up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The bedrooms all follow the same modern-luxe design of the chalet, pairing natural light with a soft colour palette to create a serene atmosphere. All bedrooms are fitted with en-suite facilities, for privacy and convenience. The master bedroom opens up its south facing windows to a private balcony for guests to enjoy; nothing quite beats a morning coffee overlooking the French Alps to start the day. For families, there's a bunk bedroom, suitable for sleeping the little ones.

Guests staying at Le Parc Marceau will also have use of the shared facilities of the residence building. This includes the 38m² fitness centre, allowing you to keep in your best shape after skiing for a return to the slopes the next day.

The Le Parc 1963 residence also has its own reception, a large ski room with boot warmers, and a covered parking space for the property. The apartment's floor can be accessed via elevator.

For larger groups, Le Parc Beaumont (sleeps 8-10 guests) and Le Parc Solène (sleeps 8 guests) are also available in the residence.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily breakfast (2 days continental only), afternoon tea on 5 days, housekeeping on 5 days, and a shared in-resort driver service.

Please Note: Le Parc Marceau is still under construction, due to be completed November 2025, and as such the image gallery consists of CGI renders only. The image gallery will be updated on completion of a photoshoot being taken.

Location

Le Parc Marceau is a luxury apartment in Val d'Isère within the Le Parc 1963 residence. Le Parc 1963 occupies an unbeatable central location right in the very heart of this world-renowned ski resort.

From the residence building, you are only a short distance away from Val d'Isère's main snow front. 2-minutes by car or a 5-minute walk through the Old Town will bring you to the foot of the slopes, where the main lifts of the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable car will deliver you into the ski area. The snow front also features a free beginner's chairlift, the main ski school meeting points, and many slopeside bars and cafés.

Situated in the very heart of the resort, you have an incredible selection of delightful restaurants, lively bars, local shops, and luxury boutiques all on your doorstep.

Offered on a bed and breakfast basis, this property comes with a dedicated breakfast chef/chalet host, who will be on hand to prepare breakfast, set out afternoon tea, and do the housekeeping, all of which will be conducted on 5 days of your stay. With a team on hand before you arrive, they can provide you local advice and guidance to help you make all the necessary arrangements you need for your trip. And as expected, guests will find all of the essentials required for a luxury holiday upon arrival at the property, including bed linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Beds are also made prior to arrival and an end of stay clean is conducted on departure.

The apartment also offers the services of an in-resort driver, operating between the hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm. This shared driver service will take you to the slopes after breakfast, take you back to the property at the end of your ski day, or simply allow you to explore Val d'Isère throughout the day.

Additional services are also able to be organised by this operator, to tailor make the holiday that you and your group desire. You can enhance your stay with a range of premium upgrade options, including the services of a private chef or indulgent evenings of Champagne and canapés.
