The gold fully staffed package offers a premium touch to ski holidays. The most comprehensive package this chalet is available on is perfect for groups looking for holidays without limitation. Highly trained hospitality professionals can ensure the stay meets international expectations and serve top level cuisine. Choose between four service styles (Invisible, Elegance, Curated Buffet and Grand Maison) to make the feel and theme of your holiday match your own preferred style. With a private team made of a chef, dedicated butler and chalet hosts, you can expect daily breakfasts, afternoon tea and 6 dinners. The full hosting team will ensure every detail is taken care of, including daily housekeeping and towel changes and having a driver available 8am-1am. Staff presence is continuous from 7am until late at night. A world where your every need is met before you voice it.

Should you like to discuss alternative catering options, there is a silver service, which offers a slightly scaled-back alternative with reduced staff presence to create a more discreet experience for guests. Hosting staff are present primarily around mealtimes with light staffing through the rest of the day to ensure a relaxed feel, but attentive service remains in place. It still includes the driver service and daily housekeeping, and towels are changed mid-week.

Alternatively, consider the family style catered package, which brings a touch of home style living to your holiday. This option includes a private chef to prepare daily breakfasts and 5 evening meals which are laid out on the table to help yourself while drinks are served. A driver lift shuttle service is offered morning and afternoon (8.30-10.30 & 15.30-18.30) and additional hours are offered for the staff night's off, so you can sample the local restaurants. This level perfectly balances comfort, informality, and attentive care tailored to family rhythms.

All the catered formats (Gold, Silver, Famille) charge food and drinks separately at cost price plus VAT, which allows the staff to fully tailor the menu to guests' preferences, whether you desire caviar and champagne or simple pasta dishes.

When taking the chalet on a self-catered basis, this option is complemented by daily housekeeping and the support of a house manager and in-resort concierge, ensuring the chalet runs smoothly and assisting with arranging activities, restaurant bookings, and unique experiences.
