The Property

Falcon Penthouse in Verbier sits in a desired location, in the very centre of this exclusive ski resort. Accommodating 10 guests across five bedrooms, this 500m² duplex penthouse makes use of noble materials to keep to the traditional mountain refuge aesthetic while adding a very modern touch. There's also a selection of private spa facilities available, suitable for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing ski holiday in the Swiss Alps.

A large open-plan living layout, which connects the dining, lounge and kitchen areas, is found on the property's top floor. Contemporary, velvety furnishings complement the classical wooden cladding, highlighted by an abundance of natural light that seeps in through the large windows, creating an incredibly luxury atmosphere. A central fireplace heats up the entire space, allowing guests to cosy up on the sofas after a cold day. On the opposite side of the floor lies a dining table, for the whole group to indulge on the delicacies served by their private chef, accompanied by sensational mountain views and drinks from the wine cellar. A contemporary kitchen completes the space, at the back of the room, fitted with a breakfast bar.

A furnished balcony is accessed from the main living space, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy a more intimate view of the Swiss valley. Additionally, there's a secondary terrace on the property's lower level. Here lies an outdoor hot tub for post-ski relaxation, letting guests soak underneath the stars and marvel at the night views of Verbier's surrounding mountains. Back inside, an exclusive private spa features a sauna, Hammam and plunge pool, to further unwind. Guests are also offered shared access to a modern gym, for some alternative muscle therapy.

Falcon Lodge Penthouse also has a separate TV longe to set up a family movie night or take the chance to escape to catch up on a favourite show.

The penthouse accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, split between the property's two floors. The bedrooms all follow a similar design as the rest of the penthouse's interiors, making use of plush furnishing to ensure guests enjoy quality rest. The master bedroom sits on the top level, equipped with high ceilings, plenty of space, en-suite facilities and its own private balcony. Three doubles and one twin room cater to the rest of the group, on the lower level, the majority of which take advantage of shared terrace access and en-suite amenities. For flexibility, the twin bedroom can be converted into a family-style bedroom, with a single bed and bunk beds (sleeps 2), or a single bedroom with an office.

For additional convenience, a ski room, laundry facilities and indoor parking are available for guest's use.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests on a fully staffed basis to include the services of a private chef, chalet manager, housekeeper and driver. Food and drink is payable in addition locally.
