The Property
Lying in an accessible location in resort, the Brunnenhof residence presents one of the top luxury ski residences in Lech. Compiled of 14 stylish purpose-built ski apartments, each one poses a suitable offering for a variety of group configurations, with the additional benefit of rejuvenating shared wellness facilities. Brunnenhof 3 is a three-bedroom 145m² apartment sleeping six guests, found on the first floor of the residence. Designed with a modern contemporary style with classic ski related features, it's a great base for a luxury ski holiday to Lech.
The large open-plan living and dining area wraps around a central wall, creating a fantastic space in which to relax and entertain. On one side, a TV faces the spacious seating area, where there's a comfy sofa to curl up on and two deep armchairs ready to catch you after a tiring day on the mountain. A pair of classic skis hang on the wall, adding some alpine character to the space. On the opposite side of the central wall, the glowing fireplace creates a warm ambience over the large wooden dining table, which is further illuminated by the beautiful antler light fixture. The fully-equipped modern kitchen sits beyond the end of the dining table. The French doors usher light into the room and give access onto Brunnenhof 3's balcony, where guests can enjoy a post-ski drink looking out onto the gorgeous valley.
Brunnenhof 3 features three spacious and welcoming double bedrooms, sleeping groups of 6. With deluxe fur throws, plush furnishings, and equally impressive modern alpine designs, you'll be in the land of dreams before you know it. All rooms take advantage of en-suite facilities, whilst the roomy master bedroom also benefits from balcony access through its French doors. The other two doubles can be split into twin bed set-ups for flexibility to match your group's needs.
In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 3 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.
For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
The Brunnenhof residence sits in a fantastic position for a luxury ski holiday in Lech, in close proximity to the slopes and resort centre.
For skiing in Lech, the Schlosskopf chairlift is closest to the Brunnenhof residence, found an approximate 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk away. The Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts are also 2 minutes' by car, and both the beginners slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. Alternatively, a ski bus stop lies in front of the residence building for easier transport.
The centre of Lech lies a 2-minute drive or scenic 11-minute walk from the Brunnenhof residence, where a selection of bars, delicious restaurants and shops can be explored.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
