Spanning 98m², Brunnenhof 5 sleeps groups of 6 guests, across three bedrooms, on the residence's first floor. This home from home style apartment features modern contemporary interiors with some classic alpine décor, such as the mountain mural and the skis hanging from the wall.
The apartment's open-plan living and dining areas welcome you into the property. Light tones, modern finishes and soft furnishings decorate the space, perfectly admired from the deep corner sofa and soothing rocking chair that await after a hard day's skiing in Lech. Rock yourself gently, in front of the fireplace, whilst watching the TV or looking out to the views through the French doors. These lead out onto the apartment's terrace, should you wish to gain a closer look. Around the corner from the living area, the wooden dining table stands ready to enjoy the delicious dinners prepared in the adjacent, fully-equipped kitchen.
In total, Brunnenhof 5 sleeps 6 guests across three double bedrooms. Restore your energy in the cosy alpine style bedrooms, with wooden interiors and cosy beds that guarantee you to wake feeling well rested and ready to take on the mountains. The master double bedroom lies next to the living room and shares access to the terrace, it also has an en-suite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms are found beyond the kitchen, both with en-suite shower rooms.
In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 5 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.
For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
The Brunnenhof residence sits in a fantastic position for a luxury ski holiday in Lech, in close proximity to the slopes and resort centre.
For skiing in Lech, the Schlosskopf chairlift is closest to the Brunnenhof residence, found an approximate 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk away. The Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts are also 2 minutes' by car, and both the beginners slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. Alternatively, a ski bus stop lies in front of the residence building for easier transport.
The centre of Lech lies a 2-minute drive or scenic 11-minute walk from the Brunnenhof residence, where a selection of bars, delicious restaurants and shops can be explored.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
