The Property
The Brunnenhof residence in Lech is made up of 14 quality apartments and spa. Brunnenhof 5 is a three bedroom, 98m² apartment on the second floor of the residence, sleeping up to 6 guests.
The open plan kitchen/dining and living area is a stylish and sociable space, perfectly suited to relaxing in after a long day on the slopes. The space is flooded with light through the floor to ceiling windows that lead out to the balcony where you can drink up the mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you may need to create your home from home mountain experience.
Guests have access to the exclusive spa facilities making this one of Lech’s most sought-after residences. An indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide the ultimate in relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.
In total the apartment has three bedrooms, two spacious en-suite double bedrooms, plus a deluxe master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The master bedroom also boasts access to the panoramic terrace with awe inspiring views of the surrounding mountains.
Guests staying at Brunnenhof 5 also benefit from the use of shared laundry facilities and a shared ski locker.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
Located on the site of the old Brunnenhof Hotel, the apartment is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and a 6-minute walk from the nearest ski lift. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back close to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis. Perfect for groups who want total privacy and freedom on their ski holiday, you will be left to your own devices without the services of staff, although you can still expect your luxury chalet/apartment to be well set up ready for your arrival.
