After a cold day in the mountains, you will be welcomed back to Brunnenhof 12's tranquil atmosphere. The wonderfully bright open plan living and dining area presents the perfect setting to relax in front of the fireplace. Take a seat around the elegant dining table, under atmospheric lighting, with enough space for the whole group to re-energise after a long day's skiing. There is a modern open-plan kitchen, well equipped to cater for the most sophisticated dinner party. Alternatively, take a short walk into the centre to take advantage of Lech's glamorous restaurants and social scene.
Guests have shared access to the exclusive spa facilities making this one of Lech's most sought-after residences. An indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room provide the ultimate in relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.
In total, Brunnenhof 12 sleeps 6 guests across 3 luxurious en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom can be configured as double or twin beds, making this apartment a desirable option for mixed groups of family and friends looking for a luxury ski holiday in Lech. One of the bedrooms benefits from balcony access, shared with the living room, as well as an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. The remaining two bedrooms have shared balcony access and en-suite shower facilities, with views to the slopes behind the property.
For any guests deciding to drive to the residence, a parking space is available to use.
Guests staying in Brunnenhof 12 also have shared use of laundry facilities and a shared ski locker.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Brunnenhof 12 is ideally located just a short walk away from everything you could need on your ski holiday. The nearest ski lifts, Schlosskopf and Schleggelkopf, are situated an approximate 6 and 12 minute walks away from the residence respectively. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back close to the residence, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
The village centre, featuring a range of stylish boutiques and restaurants, is also a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away.
