Chalet Kakisa is a contemporary and stylish property sitting in arguably one of the most picturesque areas of Avoriaz, perfect for those looking for a luxury ski chalet in Avoriaz. The property accommodates between 8 and 10 guests and comes with some fantastic facilities, including one that is uncommon for the area, a chalet with a swimming pool in Avoriaz!
The living area in Kakisa is spacious and cosy, with a large sofa surrounding a feature fireplace which divides the room, creating an intimate space to retreat to after a long day out on the slopes. The room is colourful and modern, yet has high wooden ceilings and the features of an alpine chalet. Situated behind the fireplace is a large dining room table with enough space for the whole family. From the dining area, a balcony can be accessed, which has amazing views of the piste below and out over the snow-covered peaks.
In addition to the living area, there is a mezzanine above, which has a large squashy sofa and flat screen TV, making the perfect place for children to watch a film, whilst the adults are downstairs.
After an exciting day on the mountain, it's essential to take a moment to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. On the lower floor of the residence, you'll find a private spa area featuring an indoor pool, offering the perfect space to unwind and refresh. For an even deeper sense of relaxation, the adjoining Sauna/Hammam provides an ideal setting to fully reset and rejuvenate your body and mind.
The bedrooms are spread across two floors situated below the living area, and every room can be arranged as either a double or twin bedroom, making it a perfect set-up for groups of friends or family. As well as four en-suite bedrooms, the chalet has a master bedroom with a separate bunk room for two additional guests. Each of these rooms have breath-taking views from the large windows or balconies of the surrounding snow-capped mountains.
For convenience there is a private ski room located at the entrance of the chalet, with ski boot warmers.
Prices are per person and are based on 2 adults sharing a room. The price includes full chalet catering, selected drinks, and a complimentary return coach transfer from Geneva Airport (set times apply).
Please note that guests staying in the bunk beds will be charged half the per person price. Child and smaller group discounts will apply.
Chalet Kakisa is located in a fantastic position, with great access to skiing and with commanding views down the valley. Perched on the hillside, very close to the piste, you can clip your skis on right outside the chalet door and glide along the path (snow permitting), to join the piste which is just 150m away. Upon return, you can either glide via the path from above (snow permitting), or you would need to come back up via a short walk from the piste below to return in time for afternoon tea.
You can access all the facilities, bars and restaurants that Avoriaz has to offer, all within a 5-15 walk from the property.

Make an EnquiryThis dedicated chalet team highlights of the importance that the simple things that really matter are done supremely well, in order to make your ski chalet holiday easy. From warm ski boots in the morning to dedicated hosts who will help you with local advice for your ski day. From nannies with a little photo album at the end of the week to multimedia sockets to play your music, images or films. From the utter bliss of a post-piste professional massage or perhaps a manicure and facial, down to the fluffy towels. Silly little stuff like that is important to them, and so they know it will be important to you too.
Your catered stay consists of many elements, making your experience that bit more special. Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, you will be greeted by the team and taken to your chalet via coach. When entering the chalet, your beds will be made, and you will be provided with complimentary toiletries, bath and hand towels. Daily cleaning will be provided on 6 days of the week, and you will have the dedication of one host (up to 10 guests) or two chalet hosts (over 10 guests) for the duration of your stay, assisting with dinner and other aspects of your holiday if required.
A catered chalet holiday is all about the food…their chefs and hosts are passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. Their new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning, not groaning. During a week's stay in the chalet, you will be catered for 6 days, being provided with a three course set evening meal with cheese board and coffee, as well as a selection of house wines, cordials and sparkling water during dinner. Breakfast is provided on 7 days a week- 6 days with both cooked and/or continental breakfast options are available, and on the chalet host's day off, a self-service continental spread will be set up, to ensure you are energised for your day on the mountains. As if this isn't enough, a selection of home-made cakes are waiting for you in the chalet once you have finished for the day. Not to mention that canapés are provided on the first and last evening of your stay! For an additional cost, you can upgrade this to canapés on 6 nights of your holiday, along with free flowing unlimited beer available throughout your stay.
When you arrive, a complimentary selection of drinks is provided by the fully stocked classic "cool box". When taking a chalet for exclusive use, guests have the option of the classic (soft drinks, beers and tonic waters), beer (just beers) or mixer box (no beers, extra soft drinks and tonic water) depending on which best suits your group. Cool box refills are available for an additional charge, just ask your chalet host.
If you are planning a family ski holiday and are exploring childcare options, then you are in the right place. Their nannies will make your holiday and spoil you with a freedom you'd forgotten existed. Enthusiastic, qualified and caring, they'll come to your chalet, look after the children, waft them effortlessly from pyjamas to piste if required, and allow you to get on with what you came for. Regrettably, they are not available to take home!
Scheduled Transfers 26/27 (Geneva Airport)
There are 4 transfers scheduled from Geneva to resort, departing Geneva at 11am/ 12:45pm/ 2:15pm (2:45pm from 28th March onwards)/ 4:55pm. Return coaches on departure day are scheduled to arrive in Geneva at 8:45am/ 10:45am/ 12pm (12:35pm from 28th March onwards)/ 2:45pm. It is recommended you arrive 2-3hrs before your flight. If you prefer, you can request an upgrade to a private transfer at a supplement cost.
