The Property
This 600m² modern style chalet is recognised as one of the most luxurious chalets of Courchevel 1850. Its location close to the center of the resort and the Cospillot run is ideal and offers an exceptional view of the mountains. This warm, refined chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests in the greatest comfort.
Upon entering the chalet you are welcomed into a large entrance hall with feature stone wall and elegant sofa area. There is a private elevator to take guests between 5 floors of ultimate indulgence including two lounge areas, a ski room, 5 beautiful en-suite bedrooms and the funky spa and bar area.
The main living area is found on the top floor of the chalet and been lovingly finished with high quality furnishings and designer fittings. The lounge area is centered around the stone fireplace inviting guests to enjoy a drink in the warmth and comfort of their of a roaring fire. The dining table is set with regal red plush seating and a large feature chandelier. The open plan kitchen will allow guests to watch on as their cook creates some tantalising plates. Off the living area, there is a large balcony where you can enjoy great views over the mountainside.
After a day of skiing at the heart of the world's most beautiful ski area you will enjoy gathering in the superb relaxation area with pool, spa, steam room and sauna and ending your evening around the bar or watching a film in the cinema room. There is also a bar area with DJ booth giving guests their very own nightclub. A unique feature of the chalet is that from lower ground level, you are able to see into the swimming pool!
There are 5 stylish and sophisticated en-suite double bedrooms in the chalet. On the top floor of the chalet you will find the Master suite with its own relaxation space, balcony, dressing room office area and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second master is also on this floor with a balcony and en-suite. The remaining 3 bedrooms are all offered on the floor below and can be configured as either a double or twin for that extra convenience.
Price is for exclusive use of the chalet with full staff services including chef, chalet manager, chauffeur and housekeeping. Food and drinks charged in addition.
Location
Located in the centre of Courchevel 1850 just 100m from the Cospillot ski run which runs parallel to the Bellecote piste, you will be able to be on the pistes in minutes. The croisette where you will find the ski school meeting point and lift stations is just a couple minutes drive away for those who would prefer to get a taxi or driver service to take them directly there each morning.
The main high street, luxury boutiques, shops bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away from the chalet.
