Eating at the Restaurant Sylvestre is a 3 hour long journey, taking you over land and sea to the mountains of the French Alps. 8 to 20 people can comfortably sit at the private table beside the open kitchen as Chef Sylvestre Wahid delivers an unforgettable gastronomic experience with his culinary expertise as he takes you through a tasting menu that includes signature specialities like Roscoff crab and lemon-seaweed dessert.
