Apartment Le Perchoir Blanc is a modern luxury apartment found in a fantastic ski-in position in Courchevel Village. Accommodating 8-12 guests across four bedrooms, Apartment Le Perchoir Blanc is ideal for groups of friends and families, combining its great location with unique design elements and an exceptional rooftop terrace with outdoor hot tub.

Apartment Le Perchoir Blanc is full of character, with stylish interiors that blend pastel blue walls with alpine wooden accents, furnished with vibrant, colourful furnishings that exude a homely atmosphere. The apartment is designed with convivial living in mind, adopting an open-plan concept across its living areas. Sofas in the lounging space invite you to rest up once you have returned from the slopes, with a small ethanol fireplace adding a touch of character. The charming dining area allows for family-style meals created by the group's appointed chef in the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen. Wraparound windows let in plenty of light and lead out onto one of the apartment's most appealing features, a 100m² rooftop terrace that overlooks the slopes and the resort. The terrace enjoys outdoor lounge and dining areas, alongside a patio heater and firepit to keep you toasty on those chillier winter evenings. It's a delightful outdoor space that really comes into its own in the spring months, perfect for long après ski sessions in the late afternoon sun.

Also found out on the rooftop terrace, Apartment Le Perchoir Blanc includes an outdoor hot tub. It offers an idyllic way to unwind in the evening after skiing, or for soaking under the stars post-dinner.

The apartment accommodates 8-12 guests across its four bedrooms. The homely bedrooms have a common design motif, although each has an individual choice of colour, with soft beds that ensure ample rest. There are four double bedrooms, one of which includes a separate snug with bunk beds for children. All four of these bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, and all offer direct balcony access. Additional guests can be accommodated in the cosy office space, which offers a quiet escape for guests to send any last-minute emails before enjoying the rest of their luxury ski holiday in Courchevel. This office is complete with an additional sofa that pulls out into a double bed, along with its own en-suite shower room.

Guests of the apartment also have use of the shared wellness area within the residence building. With both a sauna and a Hammam, this is another way to help revitalise your aching muscles, in addition to the property's private outdoor hot tub.

The chalet has access to a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and a parking space.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily cleaning.
