The Property

Carré Blanc 4 are a selection of stylish and modern two-bedroom apartments in a fantastic central location in Courchevel Village. The apartments can sleep 4 adults, with some sleeping an additional two children. These luxury self catered apartments in Courchevel Village range in size from 56m² to 106m².

The Carré Blanc 4 apartments all feature sleek and bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Using light woods, some natural stone feature walls and stylish, modern furniture, the apartment's exhibit a contemporary alpine style of refinement. Comfortable lounges and well-appointed fitted kitchens offer plenty of room for the 4 guests of the apartments, with a cosy dining table for which to dine together. Each apartment benefits from a balcony, often varying in size, with space to enjoy the fresh air, snowy landscape and even a peek at some mountain views from many.

The Carré Blanc 4 selection all have at least two bedrooms, with every apartment sleeping 4 adults guests, with some having the capacity to sleep a further two. The bedrooms are plush and inviting, pleasant, cosy spaces perfectly suited for retiring to at the end of a ski day. Each apartment features a double bedroom with en-suite, and a bedroom which can be configured as either double or twin, which comes with a shower room either separate or en-suite. Many of the apartment bedrooms also offer balcony access as an added bonus. Some of the apartment's also feature pull-out sofa beds in their living space, for up to 2 additional guests, while Carré Blanc 241 duplex apartment also contains a children's bunk room, ideal for a family ski holiday.

When staying in the apartments of Carre Blanc 4 you will also have access to the shared facilities of the residence building. All guests have free access to the fitness room, with multiple cardio and weight machines to workout on. You can also access a sauna and treatment room, for an additional fee, where you can ease your tired ski legs or enjoy therapeutic treatments.

For additional convenience, all the apartments sit on floors with elevator access to them. Guests will be able to store their snowsports equipment in ski lockers, and each apartment offers one space in the Carre Blanc Residence's underground garage.

Prices are based on the lowest price available for exclusive use of a 2-bedroom apartment and is offered on a self-catered basis only. Rates may differ on exact apartment proposed.

Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).

Location

The Carré Blanc building is located in a fantastic ski location in the heart of Courchevel Village (Courchevel 1550). The Roys button lift with beginner's area and ski school meeting point is across the road behind the residence building, a couple of minutes walk from the front door. The Grangettes gondola is just 2 minutes walk from the property, while the Tovets chairlift is 5 minutes walk, both of which take you up to Courchevel 1850.

The Carré Blanc apartments couldn't be better located, in the very centre of Courchevel Village you have all the resort's bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The nearby Grangettes gondola runs every day until 11pm, providing you with easy access to the luxury boutiques and gourmet restaurants of the famous Courchevel 1850. Aquamotion Courchevel can be reached in 2 minutes via a shuttle that stops outside the residence, on the Rue des Rois. Alternatively, Aquamotion is a 10 minute walk.

Carré Blanc 4 offers a collection of 2-bedroom apartments within the Carré Blanc residence, sleeping 4 adult guests. The general breakdown of each apartment available is as follows:

Please note: Carré Blanc 110, 234, 243, 246 all have additional sofa beds in the living areas. Carré Blanc 371 has the bath and shower room swapped round. Carré Blanc 246 has one less balcony.

The essential service offered by this team on a wide number of luxury chalets and apartments is designed to maximise the enjoyment of your stay without having to worry about any of the practicalities. Extra care is taken on the little details that make the difference. All the essentials are taken care of, from bed linen on arrival, luxury bathroom products, towels, with a special welcome pack sure to put a smile on your face.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:

The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.

The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.

The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.

Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
