The Property

Chalet Andes is a stylish contemporary alpine chalet, offering groups of 8-10 guests one of the most unbeatable locations for access to the world-class ski resort of Val d'Isère. Located in the centre of town, a short walk to the slopes, this 5-bedroom ski chalet is the perfect base for groups looking to be in the very heart of the action.

The chalet occupies three floors, with the middle level playing host to the home's living areas. Positioned facing towards the charming old town, the main lounge area of Chalet Andes enjoys double-height vaulted ceilings and giant picture windows to showcase the pretty scenery and fill the room with natural light. Sumptuous sofas invite you to kick your feet up and rest after a long day of skiing in Val d'Isère, with the corner fireplace further accentuating the cosy atmosphere. A hidden projector screen can even be unveiled in the lounge area, providing the perfect night in with a movie marathon. The fireplace is also well-positioned to benefit anyone enjoying a hearty in-house meal, located adjacent to the comfortable dining area, which enjoys a row of sociable banquette seating alongside the other comfy armchairs. Continuing on through this open-plan space and you will find an elegant modern kitchen, with a full range of equipment and marble-topped island and work surfaces in which to prepare your meals. Balconies extend from both ends of the living floor, with the lounge balcony benefitting from views of the resort and Solaise mountain, while the kitchen balcony features the more striking mountains looming above the property from the other side.

On the top floor, Chalet Andes benefits from the restorative properties of a private Hammam. A cosy wellness feature, with a capacity for 2 people, the Hammam offers a great way to unwind after skiing, although for a more comprehensive wellness treatment, you are only a short walk to Val d'Isère's Centre Aquasportif.

Chalet Andes features four double bedrooms and a bunk room, with the capacity to welcome groups between 8 and 10 guests. With their warm wooden interiors and comfortable bedding, these rooms provide a snug and cosy spot to retire to at the end of your day. A master double bedroom occupies the top floor of the chalet, with the other four rooms located across the ground floor, all with shared balcony access. Three of the rooms benefit from well-appointed en-suites, with the bunk room and another double bedroom having access to a separate shared shower room on the ground floor.

Guests of Chalet Andes have use of one covered parking space, laundry facilities, and a ski room.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 8 people with a contactless catering service. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated for a supplement and empty bed/children discounts apply.

Self-catered prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
