The Property
Chalet La Bouclia is a wonderful, cosy chalet located in the peaceful Le Cret area of Val d'Isère. The chalet provides groups of 8-10 guests 250m² of space, a traditional alpine style, a private Hammam, and four well-appointed bedrooms.
The top floor of Chalet La Bouclia houses its traditionally-styled, open-plan living areas. Beneath a vaulted wood ceiling of exposed beams, you will delight in socialising and unwinding in the comforts of the lounge and dining areas. There is plenty of comfy sofa seating positioned before the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, with soft throws and fluffy blankets further accentuating the cosy atmosphere. A hanging chair makes for a unique and stylish way to relax, perhaps with a mug of hot chocolate of vin chaud. The dining area hosts 8 guests, for evenings when you fancy a home-cooked meal instead of out exploring the best restaurants in Val d'Isère. Any homecooked meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, also found in this open-plan space. To one end of the living areas, iconic arched windows frame the gorgeous alpine scenery, as well as allowing natural light to illuminate the lounge and dining areas. You can access a balcony on this side, bringing you into the fresh mountain air and offering a delightful outdoor area in which to enjoy some relaxed après ski, snuggled up in the warmth of the blankets on the outdoor seating.
On the lowest level of Chalet La Bouclia, you will find the chalet's private Hammam. This restorative wellness feature is the ideal way to unwind after a long day exploring the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area.
Set across the ground floor of Chalet La Bouclia, you will find four spacious double bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, with the option of two additional guests to be accommodated in sofa beds on request. The bedrooms have a charming alpine design, combining wood interiors with alpine decorations. Each room has a soft and inviting double bed, which can also be configured as twin beds for greater flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with the three other bedrooms providing en-suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms also provide access to a balcony.
The chalet also has a ski room and boot warmers for all your snowsports equipment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.
