With 56 rooms & suites, a 2,000m² Six Senses spa, multiple hotel dining establishments, and some incredible facilities for families, this is truly one of the finest luxury hotels in the Swiss Alps.

There are 56 spacious rooms and suites at the Alpina Gstaad, from a 33m² Deluxe Room for 2 guests, up to the incredible 225m² Chalet Suite that can host groups of 8. Weathered wood interiors, open stone fireplaces, and traditional Alpine decor give a distinctly authentic Swiss feel to these bedrooms and suites. On the other hand, the rich, sumptuous furnishings and state-of-the-art services provided demonstrate the sophisticated luxury as expected from a 5* hotel. For the ultimate getaway, the hotel also offers the plush 400m² duplex apartment, known as the Panorama Residence, which comes complete with an array of spectacular private spa facilities, in addition to its three bedrooms and capacious living spaces.

In the heart of the hotel, a true jewel in its stellar luxury offering, is the exceptional 2,000m² Six Senses Spa. The Six Senses Spa delivers you to a harmonious world of wellness and relaxation, providing guests of the hotel an unending list of wonderful facilities to help indulge in the perfect spa escape to the mountains. The spa draws inspiration from both Asian traditions and mountain living, with the likes of an indoor pool surrounded by traditional chalet wood and stone juxtaposed by sleekly elegant marble treatment areas. You can soothe away your troubles in the heated outdoor swimming pool, soak in Jacuzzis and plunge pools, unwind in multiple variations of sauna and steam room, and even try out futuristic wellness and recovery treatment. The spa has fantastic gym facilities, serene yoga spaces, and even a hair salon, for another variety of pampering therapy.

Overseen by the hotel's Executive Chef, the Alpina Gstaad plays host to multiple restaurants for you to sample all manner of cuisine. The airy and inviting Martin Göschel restaurant, as well as the restaurant Monti, offer fine dining and shared Swiss dishes respectively. The elegant decor of the Japanese-inspired Megu restaurant provides a taste of something different in the mountains, while the rustic Swiss Stübli is the most authentic taste of the region you can possibly experience. The Alpina Lounge and terrace is a glamorous, chic hotel bar, accompanied by the equally sophisticated cigar lounge and Japanese Whisky Bar.

For entertainment, the Alpina Gstaad has all ages covered. The Tree House Club is the hotel's kid's club, perfect for those on a family ski holiday to Gstaad, which includes a charming playroom with indoor play area, games and toys. All ages will be entertained in the plush private cinema room, which can be converted into a hotel nightclub for the ultimate evening of decadence.

Prices are based on two people sharing a Deluxe Room Schönried on a bed and breakfast basis and will also include use of the hotel facilities, Six Senses Spa and in-resort driver service.

For 2025/26 ski season, the hotel is open from 12th December 2025 - 8th March 2026.
