Impressive windows line the front of the room, unveiling even more impressive mountain vistas, with the sofa controlling the centre of the living space. Whilst your evening meals are being prepared, guests can sit back in this prime spot, next to the crackling fireplace, and marvel at the astonishing sights ahead. When ready, the group will gather around the dining table, which lines alongside the window wall and can easily accommodate all guests. Indulge in each sumptuous meal together at 3000m in Verbier, as prepared in the two kitchens, one closed off and one show kitchen. Whether you want to enjoy the sunshine, views, and clear skies on a bluebird day, or unwind beneath the stars at night, the spacious terrace at Cabane Tortin provides the perfect spot for some casual drinks and conversation.
To ensure your time off the slopes is also full of luxury and delight, Cabane Tortin is elevated even further with a relaxing sauna. After an exciting day racing down the slopes, return to the fabulous sauna and soothe those aching ski legs.
In total, Cabane Tortin houses four bedrooms that can host up to 12 guests. The master bedroom is located next to the living areas and shares the fireplace with the living room. With an en-suite shower room and views out over the incredible outlook, this bedroom oozes class and guarantees pure comfort each night. The other two double bedrooms are also situated on this floor. Both bedrooms feature simple, elegant designs with smooth alpine wood. The top floor is occupied by the dormitory room that has three sets of double twin beds, which are all found in separate pods with privacy curtains.
Throughout your stay at Cabane Tortin, guests can store any equipment in the chalet's ski room.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis to include full gourmet catering & transfers to and from the cabin.

An alpine retreat in the truest sense, Cabane Tortin is situated in an exceptional location, one of the most unique and incredible chalet locations in the world. Perched at an altitude of 3,000m above Verbier and the Tortin glacier, staying at the property is an unparalleled experience, offering breathtaking mountain panoramas as far as the eye can see.
Accessing Cabane Tortin is as much a part of the experience as staying. While most guests will choose to arrive via a tracked snow vehicle which traverses across the glacier terrain, or via a helicopter arrival, advanced skiers have several other options. You can choose to arrive via an off-piste descent from the top of Mont Fort with the chalet's ski guides, or alternatively, from a guided ski-touring ascent from Verbier or a surrounding nearby location.
Positioned just below the top of the Mont-Fort Cable Car, advanced skiers can traverse 150m onto the Mont-Fort piste for easy access into the 4-Vallées ski area. Alternatively, guests can take a tracked vehicle down the mountain, to the Col des Gentianes at the top of the Jumbo Cable Car, with various options into the ski area from there.

Pre-arrival, you can consult with the chalet's professional chef to craft a menu entirely personalised to you and your group's requirements. Wake up and energise yourself with a cooked breakfast that is served daily. Daily afternoon tea is also included for when you return from a day of alpine activities in the 4-Vallées ski area. To top it all off, after a perfect day spent skiing in Verbier, guests can return to the chalet where they can enjoy a delightful gourmet dinner each night. Be sure to partner this with your favourite wine to perfectly complement your meal, with a choice of house wines and an additional selection of both Swiss and international vintages for extra cost in the chalet's wine cellar. All meals will be prepared in the staff kitchen and then finished and served upstairs in the show kitchen of the main living space.
Transfers to and from the property are also included, with a range of options from arrival including snow tracked vehicle, skiing in from the top of Mont Fort with a guide, or a ski tour ascent. Naturally, for those who opt for the latter options, the chalet team will handle the logistics of your luggage arrival too. For the ultimate arrival in style, at an additional cost, the team can even help arrange helicopter connections from nearby ski resorts including St. Moritz, Gstaad, Zermatt, Courchevel and more, as well as a range of international airports.
An authentic alpine experience in the heart of the 4-Vallées ski area, a stay at Cabane Tortin comes with a unique array of ski inclusions for the ultimate holiday. There are a team of mountain guides at the property, where one guide will be allocated for every four guests to ensure a memorable experience. The guides will mean the group can get involved in various winter activities such as a private night skiing, guided back county touring, or exploring the 4-Vallées ski area, for which lift passes are included in your stay.
Cabane Tortin has been designed by an award-winning architect, with sustainability at the forefront of its innovative design and the use of locally-sourced natural resources in its building development. To limit environmental impact to a minimum, the chalet features both solar panels and a pellet-fuelled burner to provide energy efficiency. The extensive glass windows help capture natural light and heat, while water used at the property is harvested from a natural source in the way of a spring in the rock face higher up the mountain.
