Chalet Binna is a fantastic, contemporary ski chalet in Zermatt that's perfect for families, sleeping up to 6 adults and 3 children across its four snug bedrooms. A bright and airy property, boasting Matterhorn views from the open-plan living room, guests to Chalet Binna will experience a true home away from home in the mountains.
Showcasing stylish alpine design that celebrates the chalet's stunning location, on the top floor is the generous lounge area which is the heart of this idyllic mountain home. With a wall of windows that show off those all important mountain views, and a vaulted ceiling for an added sense of scale, it's the perfect spot to relax in front of the fire and enjoy cosy evenings together. There's a central sitting area with a large comfortable sofa oriented before the fireplace, and a dedicated TV corner for curling up in front of your favourite movie. One end of the space is dedicated to wining and dining, with a comfortable family dining nook, and a small bar that leads into the chalet's kitchen.
The relaxation facilities at Chalet Binna are the perfect space for a spot of downtime during a family ski holiday to Zermatt. Inside, there's a sauna and day beds, while on the terrace is the outdoor hot tub with some gorgeous Matterhorn views.
Downstairs on the first floor of Chalet Binna there are two double/twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Both enjoy access to a shared balcony; the perfect spot for a cup of morning coffee while waking up and taking in the view. Also on the second floor is a triple bunk bedroom for children. With its own en-suite shower room, it's a cosy spot for children to call their own. The final bedroom shares the bottom floor with Chalet Binna's wellness facilities. This en-suite double/twin room has a large wet room en-suite and is accessible for guests with limited mobility.
A fully accessible chalet, Chalet Binna has a private elevator which serves all 4 floors. On the entrance floor, there's also a ski room with heated boot storage.
Next to Chalet Binna is its sister property, Chalet Banja. Both chalets can be taken together, for groups of up to 10 adults and 7 children.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 9 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis (daily breakfast, afternoon tea & 4 x evening dinner service) with complimentary wines and taxi service on arrival/departure day for Zermatt train station.
On Xmas, New Year, February Half Term and Easter weeks, the fully catered package includes 6 x evening dinner service. Upgrades to 6 nights of evening meals may be possible on other weeks, please enquire.
The chalet may also be taken on a bed and breakfast basis with daily housekeeping.
On some weeks, the chalet can also be taken on a self catered basis without any staff services, please enquire.
Chalet Binna is ideally located in the exclusive Winkelmatten neighbourhood of Zermatt, close to the main gondola with wonderful Matterhorn views.
Chalet Binna is a 6 minute walk to the Matterhorn Express gondola, your main access point tot he Matterhorn Ski Paradise ski area. Winkelmatten is the only ski in/ski out area of the resort, with the possibility of skiing back to within 100m of Chalet Binna via the Moos itinerary run, when snow conditions are favourable.
There are a couple of popular bars and restaurants nearby, while the centre of Zermatt is around a 15-20 minute walk, or just a few minutes by electric taxi. Here you'll find a number of gourmet restaurants, popular bars, and luxury shopping. The closest bus stop is 50m from the chalet, with regular buses running to the centre of resort.

Your journey to and from resort will go as smoothly as possible as they can help with airline tickets, airport transfers, road and rail travel to Switzerland, private valet car parking and in-resort transfer to the chalet at arrival. Chalet staff are on hand to meet and greet guests, even the late arrivals, while those on a self-catered option can expect a pre-arrival food and drinks delivery service, on request, as well as help with reservations to a whole host of quality restaurants.
When it comes to the skiing aspect of your holiday, they will be happy to help in arranging lift passes, lessons, equipment rental, guides and childcare options while there are a number of spa, massage and beauty treatment options available in the evenings.
