Heinz Julen Penthouse is an extraordinary double-level 260m² penthouse designed and furnished by Zermatt's internationally acclaimed architect, Heinz Julen. This intriguing 4 bedroom property, sleeping 8, will provide you with a unique mountain setting and splendid birds-eye views for your holiday to Zermatt.
Heinz Julen Penthouse welcomes you into a bright lofty, open-plan living area which provides a sleek space and airy feel to make you feel truly connected to the mountainous surroundings. With a huge glass-fronted living area and peaked glass ceiling, the penthouse's elevated position is truly made the most of. Central to the lounge area is a bespoke U-shaped sofa and fireplace, allowing an ideal setting for flowing conversation. Nestled under the two low hanging eaves are more casual seating and a TV corner. For a group of 8 adults, the best space to come together is the classy dining area adjacent, where comfortable seating allows you to sit here and while the hours away over mealtimes. An open-plan kitchen provides the perfect preparation space.
Leading outside from here, guests can step out onto a generous terrace which looks over the top end of the resort and down the valley, towards Täsch and the Mischabel mountains.
On Heinz Julen Penthouse's ground floor, only connected by the internal elevator, guests can enjoy a small wellness space with a private sauna, allowing you to ease any aches and pains after a long ski day. There is also a separate entertainment space with TV, table football and electronic dart board.
Heinz Julen Penthouse has 4 lovingly finished en-suite bedrooms which continue to exhibit the architect's bespoke creations. The first two double bedrooms (or Austrian twin) are found on the main level and each have a balcony and en-suite. Taking a glass staircase, or the elevator up to the top floor, you'll find the impressive master with large Jacuzzi bathtub and separate en-suite. The remaining room, sits alongside the sauna and entertainment space, on the separate lower level and features a double and en-suite.
For convenience, the penthouse has its own laundry facilities and ski storage.
The Heinz Julen Penthouse is located above the Heinz Julen Loft, sleeping 6 guests, making them an ideal combination for larger groups of up to 14 guests.
Price is for exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 people and includes full gourmet catering service with open bar.
Also available on a bed and breakfast or self-catered basis.

*Please note, the lower floor bedroom is only connected to the main penthouse by elevator. It therefore offers more privacy but is not suited for younger children.
