Compiled of 14 stylish purpose-built ski apartments, each one poses a suitable offering for a variety of group configurations, with the additional benefit of rejuvenating shared wellness facilities. Brunnenhof 1 is a luxury two-bedroom, ground floor apartment, accommodating for 4 guests. Across 87m², the apartment offers a spacious alpine retreat for smaller groups, pairing traditional wooden panelled walls and floors with modern contemporary furnishings.
Inside Brunnenhof 1, guests can expect to be welcomed into a delightful modern mountain setting. An open-plan layout invites you back from days on the slopes. To one side, a living area is complete with a wraparound corner sofa and comfortable armchair to fall into. Opposite, a wooden dining table is tucked into the corner, seating 4 guests for evening meals together. A semi-open, quaint kitchen is tucked towards the back of the room, enabling guests to prepare homemade delicacies. The living area is complete with French doors, that let you enjoy views of the surrounding mountains, whilst also leading out onto a ground floor terrace, spanning the length of the apartment.
Brunnenhof 1's cosy bedrooms adopt a similar contemporary alpine style to the rest of the property, complete with plush fur throws that wrap you in warmth and inviting double beds, for a great night's sleep. Both double bedrooms take advantage of shared terrace access, to soak in the surrounding views, as well as private en-suite facilities.
In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 1 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.
For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 4 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

For skiing in Lech, the Schlosskopf chairlift is closest to the Brunnenhof residence, found an approximate 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk away. The Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts are also 2 minutes' by car, and both the beginners slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. Alternatively, a ski bus stop lies in front of the residence building for easier transport.
The centre of Lech lies a 2-minute drive or scenic 11-minute walk from the Brunnenhof residence, where a selection of bars, delicious restaurants and shops can be explored.
