Brunnenhof 7 is a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the residence, perfect for smaller groups of 4 guests. Styled with rich fabric furnishings, raw woods and classical ski memorabilia, it's a charming space for your next luxury ski holiday to Lech.
Entering the living dining and kitchen area of Brunnenhof 7, guests will find a gorgeous grey L-shaped settee facing the TV, with space for tired bodies to spread out on after days exploring the pistes. It wraps around the quaint coffee table, with two plump ottomans to match. Overlooking the living space, is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with charcoal black worktops and cupboards, that has everything needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. Beside this lies a dining table that comfortably seats the group together. The antler light fixture hanging above it adds an alpine ambience to mealtimes. French doors lead out from the end of Brunnenhof 7's main open-plan living area and onto an outdoor balcony, perfect for admiring the beautiful snowy scenery after dinner.
Sleeping 4 guests, Brunnenhof 7's two bedrooms are well-designed with classic alpine wooden panelled walls and luscious fur throws and pillows, creating a cosy palace for sleep. The master double bedroom has access onto the balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom also benefits from en-suite facilities.
In addition to the privacy of your own luxury ski apartment in Lech, guests staying at Brunnenhof 7 have access to a selection of exceptional shared spa facilities. Perfect following a tiring day on the mountains, the Brunnenhof residence's serene wellness area features a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, Hammam and loungers, to fully relax and recover for upcoming ski days.
For convenience, the apartment also benefits from a shared ski locker and one parking space for self-driving guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 4 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

Location
The Brunnenhof residence sits in a fantastic position for a luxury ski holiday in Lech, in close proximity to the slopes and resort centre.
For skiing in Lech, the Schlosskopf chairlift is closest to the Brunnenhof residence, found an approximate 2-minute drive or 9-minute walk away. The Schlegelkopfbahn chairlifts are also 2 minutes' by car, and both the beginners slopes and the Rüfikopfbahn gondolas. Alternatively, a ski bus stop lies in front of the residence building for easier transport.
The centre of Lech lies a 2-minute drive or scenic 11-minute walk from the Brunnenhof residence, where a selection of bars, delicious restaurants and shops can be explored.

The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
When staying at this luxury property on a Bed & Breakfast basis, you will be treated to a daily continental breakfast, laid out by your chalet hosts each morning. Fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery, alongside a fine assortment of regional products, including meats and cheeses, while tea, coffee and juices will also be provided, ready to fuel you for your long ski day ahead.
Should you desire, this property is also available on an accommodation only basis.
