As part of the catered classic service, guests can choose between two food and beverage packages during the pre-arrival stage of their booking. Both packages offer the same high quality of food, using locally sourced, seasonal produce, and a menu tailored to your group's preferences, dietary requirements, and wishes. The main difference between the packages available is in the quantity of food, which is reflected in the cost.
The Adventurer Package is for those who enjoy relaxed evenings without distraction and long days on the mountain. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be laid out for you, providing the necessary fuel needed for a full day on the slopes. In the evenings, a two-course menu is available, with hearty main courses and a choice between starter or dessert.
The Alpinist Package is for those guests who prefer a little more service to their mealtimes, and appreciate a generous evening meal as prepared by your excellent chalet chef. Each morning, a continental breakfast will be served by a host, providing your fuel for a day exploring the mountain. In the evenings, your mealtimes will open with a canapés selection, followed by a delectable three-course meal, where you can take your time over dinner and regale over the day's events.
This luxury chalet comes with the use of a shared shuttle service. Operating between the hours of 8am-11am and 3pm-6pm, the service is on hand for drop-off to and pick-up from the slopes and chalet only. On the staff nights off, this service will also be available for restaurant drop off and pick up until 10pm.
At this signature luxury chalet, you also have the option of upgrading from the catered classic to the catered luxe service. When upgrading to the catered luxe service, guests will enjoy a number of upgraded and additional services. You will now have extended use of an in-resort driver service. Running from 8am to 8pm, you will have your own dedicated chauffeur, whilst between the hours of 8pm and 1am, this changes to a shared driver service. This chauffeur service makes it easy to get from your chalet to the slopes and back, as well as explore all that the fabulous resort has to offer. You will also have use of a highly qualified ski instructor, on hand to provide complimentary ski instruction for the first two days on the mountain. They can act as everything from a mountain guide to show you round the ski area, be on hand to help improve your technique, or take the kids off for their first ever lesson.
When taking the catered luxe service, guests can choose from either the alpinist package or the pioneer package. The Pioneer Package is for groups who see food as essential a part of their luxury ski holiday as they do the skiing. For those wanting to enjoy memorable meals together and plenty of downtime, this is the most complete catered offering. Each morning, you will be treated to a cooked and continental breakfast offering, setting you up for the day in the best way imaginable. On return from skiing, afternoon tea will be waiting for you to snack on as you enjoy après ski time together back at the chalet. In the evenings, canapés will be followed by a delightful four-course menu of delicious meals, ones that are sure to last long in the memory even after your luxury ski holiday has come to an end.
On all food and drink packages, soft drinks are included as standard. You can then opt to have alcohol for an additional cost, with a selection of wine, beers, and spirits available, with the amount and cost dependent on the number of adult guests in your group.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week. When taken on a self catered basis, this luxury chalet also comes with the use of a shared shuttle service.
